I ordered a book, which was taking a while to ship and I had found it almost £10 cheaper elsewhere. I asked to cancel and I received a reply saying they couldn’t because it was too late. However the item hadn’t even been dispatched yet, so I asked when it would ship and they gave me a date. I waited a few days for the book to eventually be sent out to me but then received an email saying I had received a refund. There was no reason as to why my order was cancelled and I am very confused as I had accepted that it would just arrive later than expected, and they told me it wasn’t possible to cancel.
