The company in general seemed fine and the books I received were all in good shape. I'm only giving three stars - which perhaps isn't fair - because one of the books was very very small and I was expecting a full-size book. It's true I should have looked carefully at the specs but I never imagined there would be such a tiny version of the book I bought (It was about 5x7...small enough to fit in a purse). Plus I'm from the USA so the specs were in millimeters anyway so I didn't do the calculations to see it in inches. Yeesh, it sounds like it's all my fault and they're an ok company. Sending the tiny book back to the UK would have cost more than I paid for it so I'm stuck with it. Their customer service was a bit slow, but polite and responsive. I *might* buy again but would be very careful to read the specs because of the distance if I needed to return something (not an option) and difference in measurements. A couple of the books shipped fairly promptly and a couple others took forever. They were all in good shape though.
