Terrible service.
Ordered a diary on 28th December. Two weeks later got an email to say that it was delayed. I emailed them to say I wanted to cancel it and also tried to cancel the purchase through PayPal.
I then bought another diary elsewhere.
Amazingly the next day I had an email to say it has been dispatched...
So nearly 3 weeks after purchasing, it arrived. I have absolutely no need for it now as my other diary turned up the day after I ordered it.
Would definitely not use again
