There was no bookmark included in the parcel. I liked the bookmarks you used to include into the parcel: sometimes in the past that was the reason why I ordered from Wordery instead of other booksellers. It would be nice if you could continue to include bookmarks with your books. This is the reason why I rate it "Acceptable".
