I order a lot of books from wordery, around 5-6 books per month, sometimes more. On a few occasions I have received books with covers torn or damaged. Although the books have been replaced, once I email Wordery, I feel the packaging using paper inside the box is not good and damages the cover sleeve. They could try and use something softer like foam for example, which won’t damage the books.
