I have had trouble logging in. The symbol for doing so is not sufficiently prominent. I finally completed the task of placing an order with help from a lady at your end who I spoke to by phone. Today I tried to make another purchase and your phone line was 'too busy for ring back'. I do understand that today, 05/03/20 is unusually busy.
