I really like Wordery and use it for book purchases to avoid giving Amazon my custom but my issue is the free postage can take up to 10 days. I recently bought a book on a Saturday as a gift for the following Sunday and it didn't arrive til the Monday after so not in time. My feedback is to maybe make your free postage option a more efficient postal service in order to compete with Amazon more or state the estimated arrival dates so that customers know to pay for postage if needed...I've had it a couple of times where at checkout it says something like 3-4 days but then I haven't had a dispatch email for 3-4 days and then it postage is up to 9 days so its so sluggish. I take the point that I could just pay for postage which is fine but maybe make it more clear exactly what's involved with each postage option so that customers can make a note informed decision.
