I’ve used Wordery several times with no issues, however this time I accidentally didn’t change the delivery address and despite contacting them immediately they didn’t pick up my message until the order had gone through the despatch process and they were unable to change it. A bit of a nuisance since free worldwide postage was a main reason for using Wordery. My fault I know, but a quicker response with an adjusted order would have helped.
