I pre-ordered a book on their eBay store (Donald Judd Spaces), the delivery date came and went and I had to contact them to be told that they were having supplier problems, even though the book was still for sale on the eBay store and company website.
The book is now unavailable and has gone up by 50-100% in price (from other sellers). I've had perfectly fine experiences with Wordery in the past, but this recent experience means I'll buy elsewhere in the future.
