Book cover not as perfect as it might be for a brand new book - perhaps packaging and transport could take more care. Also it wasn't delivered on the date stated. I don't mind how long it takes but when it is 3 days later than the date quoted you begin to think it's gone missing - it would be better to quote a later date and ensure delivery is made on that date.
