I have been ordering from Wordery for almost a year now. But, their service has taken a turn for the worse. The second to the last order took almost a month to get to me, and when I inquired about it they gave nothing but excuses and no empathy. This recent order should have been here days ago and when I inquired about it they told me to wait another week and if I still didn't get it to verify my address. After almost a year my address has not changed. They want to treat me like this is my first order with them. My order is not cheap. Unacceptable service. I am very unhappy 😠.
