Communications VERY poor.
NO order confirmation received; messages have tiny text in GREY.
Book arrived reasonably quickly - but I cannot now remember if it was delivered by Royal Mail Letterpost or courier.
(Courier delivery is usually a DISASTER and if website mentions Free Postage" I expect delivery to be by Royal Mail Letterpost)
The book was a bit worn but that's not unacceptable since book withs second-hand
Please note that I *never* recommend anything to anybody - that only results in problems.
