The book took 3 weeks to arrive..I placed another order for 2 x books on 12 March. I still await delivery.
I e mailed you 07 April to enquire what is going on but I have had no reply. Very poor customer service. The order ref for this is ESSUK-33354 1262717 5916014. I have paid for these books. Please advise can you supply or not?
