Unfortunately, an item from my order was missing. I have e-mailed the company twice and tried to telephone several times over the last 2 weeks but haven't recieved any response. It's disappointing as I've used the Wordery before and been happy. This time the books were bought with a giftcard my kids received for christmas so they were disappointed not to recieve one of their books.
