I have ordered 2 books and paid an additional fee for express delivery within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, books were delivered only after 6 working days. By that time I have left the UK.
However, the support team insists that my wife has signed and accepted the delivery. Despite the fact that no one could do it since no one lives on the delivery address anymore. These actions are discrediting Wordery. Disappointed.
Currently, I am trying to refund my money.
