I switched from Amazon to Wordery because I am very particular about the condition of my books and Wordery got my orders to me in mint condition... until they didn't. And it wasn't their fault, but the box obviously sat in water during transit so the books at the bottom of the box were damaged/ruined. So I requested replacements and here's where the problems came in: late/no responses and corresponding with different people instead of assigning me a single representative to handle the issue. Eventually the books are now on their way to me, but it was far more painful than it needed to be.
