I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the recent service I have received from Wordery as a result I shall not be making any further purchases with them, full stop. I received little to no updates on my most recent order, no notifications from the courier either, subsequently my order was returned, I had to chase for resolve even after my parcel went back to depot. It would appear you are quick to accept my payment but would have been quite happy if Id forgotten about my £65 order. Not to mention your customer services follow up was patronising and inadequate. I fully appreciate that we are in the middle of a pandemic here, therefore I will fully understand if this has affected what would have been a normal process but by and large I've been left feeling really frustrated at this whole process. I gladly leave the stock to whoever else wants it and purchase from a much more trusted and realiable service, thank you for absolutely nothing
