Recommended the worst, most poorly written book that I have read in their ‘books of the week’ email.
I really lost trust in them as a customer as clearly just promote any book they have a deal with. Have since unsubscribed from their mailing list. Won’t be buying from them again. Disappointing. Waterstones do not promote poor literature.
