I'm happy with Wordery in general; I had a good experience on the website. However the shipping has been a nightmare. Parcelforce is unreliable, consistently receiving low ratings (two or less stars out of five) on different websites, and yet they're still used for shipping by Wordery. Nearly a month after my item was shipped, I haven't received it. If you contact Parcelforce about your shipment, they will give you misinformation (and the answers will differ depending on who you're speaking with). If Wordery continues to ship with Parcelforce (and does not provide options to choose a different shipping company) I cannot in good faith order from their website any more.
