Website was easy to use. Order confirmation a little slow coming through. Delivery date was supposed to be by May 7th, received an update to say delivery between May 6th and May 11th but was only delivered May 14th. One book was a gift for May 8th which obviously wasn’t received in time. Understandable in the current climate.
