I chose WordSharp after an extensive search for a reasonable rate to work on my doctoral dissertation in education. They charge something like one and a half cents per word. It was a lot more than I thought I’d get. They asked for the manual from my school (U. Phoenix) so that they could do all of the special formatting along with APA.
