very well set up for me as a person who just needed to renew my DG certificate
I would think for a first-time person it might be a bit more challenging but the help buttons are on each page and they do answer most questions very well. But that is my opinion as a person who has had a DG certificate in the past.
Over all very well done and I will renew again in the future with Worksite Safety on Line.
