My only recommendation is that you have a separate course specifically targeted for High Supervisory positions. Knowledge needs to be considerably more extensive and a credential should show you have the ability at the level of Superintendent.
I find the majority of ALL courses to be targeted at entry level employment. Which is fine but certainly doesn't quite give much credence to a Supervisor when even a labourer or first year apprentice has the same thing.
