The website specified that the plastic wallet card would be shipped the following day. (this is from your website) "This course consists of 12 chapters and a final exam. Once you pass your exam, you may print your certificates of completion (wallet & wall sized). Your training also includes a plastic wallet certificate. This card typically ships within one day using Canada Post regular mail." I called customer service to follow up, they said it would take 5 -6 weeks . Are you kidding me, where is it coming from, China ? I still have not received my plastic wallet certificate. Very poor service and reliability.
