The site has a few issues with loading supporting documents and modules. Support has been able to resolve modules not opening by resetting my progress. At least one chapter review quiz has an incorrect OHSA reference as the correct answer. I was able to get the correct result by choosing the multiple-choice option closest to the correct answer. Also, sometime at the end of a chapter quiz I get the results and other times I get a %result% error bar. This is all while using Chrome, as advised.
