I like the layout of the site and simplicity of managing as the admin - easily setup accounts for everyone, passwords and then pick and chose which courses they need to take. Once they are assigned a course I am notified when they open it, start the couse, and complete the course.
It also keeps a copy of the certificate in case they lose it.
