The first day (two day First Aid Course) I had a difficulty to understand our instructor. He talked fast (was very knowlegable) but his accent caused me to miss some of the important knowledge I came to gain. It looked that all other people were not haveing problems (they took this course some other times in the past). Next day in the morinig I had asked the instructor to slow down a bit so I can catch everything what he was saying. He was very polite and indeed slowed down a bit and I could understand almost everything of his talk. Thank you.
