Overall, my experience with Worksite Safety has been great. The service is reliable and the process is smooth, which keeps me coming back. One small improvement I’d suggest is labeling WAH (Working at Heights) certifications more clearly as recertifications when applicable—this would help with internal tracking. Additionally, I’d love to see First Aid refresher courses added to your offerings. Many of my workers require recertification after completing the full course, and having a refresher option available would bring a lot of our business your way.
