The coarse was very well presented however the customer service is extremely poor. I purchased this coarse through my wife’s email and the ticket shows in her name. I sent an email to the address provided during the coarse requesting a change and have had no response. Unfortunately the job site did not allow me to use my confined space ticket because of this. I am an owner in a large oilfield storage tank company and until I hear back and get this resolved I will not recommend to our workers or our safety department.
