I asked a question of the difference between lanyard and harness in class, I was told not qualified to take the skyjack training , cause I do not have working at height certificate, that make me nervous to ask any questions in class then.
Later , they change the word , says I need fall arrest certificate to take this skyjack training .
Very confused and upset .
