I just completed the Emergency First Aid course and was thoroughly satisfied with the course. Our instructor, D’arcy, was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging. He gave good examples of potential problems and scenarios, and answered questions thoughtfully. We had good opportunities to practice our skills, where he watched and gave helpful and constructive comments and tips. Although I hope to never have to use what I learned in this class, I left feeling much more confident and equipped to do so if the need arises.
