I made a request to change my name(middle name) that I used for my registration to the one I have on my ID. The lady called me back and changed my name so that I could do my exam. She went above and beyond and explained to me how to take my selfie and the photo of my ID.
When I was having trouble with finding the camera she suggested that I use my phone to do the test. She called me back 10 minutes later to make sure I was set up correctly to do my test.
A big thank you to her for her help. Amazingly delightful experince for me.
