Customer service phone help was great. Website is easy to maneuver around in and find the online courses. Just one thing that was confusing was purchasing courses for the users. Nowhere does it explain that you need to purchase the courses first and then use the credits. The customer rep never explained that either. Perhaps it explains that somewhere on the website, but nowhere that is easily seen. So it took me a bit of time to figure that one out. thx.
