I have been using the site for a few years now and the user interface is constantly being upgraded and improved upon. Whenever I need needed assistance, the support team is always efficient in their response time as well as friendly. The only recommendation I have for you is that I still find that the 'Manage User' option still needs a bit of work. I would love to see all the users and their training all on one screen.
