Overall, the service was Good. When I tried to contact Worksite Safety, on two occasions, using the toll-free number I was left on hold forever. No one ever picked up which I feel is poor customer service. The response was very good when I emailed and very thorough. Once I paid for the courses, I had to request instructions on next steps and felt that the information should have been automatically sent to me upon signing up so I knew what to do. Also, if I'm purchasing more than one course the response should be designed to talk to "How to train a group" and "How to complete the tests for a group". Just some thoughts, otherwise good program.
