I felt that the course material (Fall Arrest) was fairly comprehensive. There was a lot of material 'buried' in the various pages which made for a lot of 'looking' when reviewing it before doing the examination. I also felt the exam was unnecessarily difficult. For example, in questions that asked for 'all' the correct responses, missing one out of 6 meant the whole question was wrong. And the question regarding the steps to be followed "after you, as a worker" refused dangerous work was confusing. I thought it meant what was I, as a worker, supposed to do. Adding into the question "...that must be followed by the employer (?)..." might help clarify how it should be answered. Just my thoughts.
