Absolutely shocking customer service. If in the highly likely case your delivery is incorrect (3 times so far in my case), or your purchase is damaged or items missing, you are up the proverbial creek without a paddle because customer service is non existent.
Do yourself a massive favour and avoid Worktop Express at all costs. Ignore this message at your peril.
