This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered two birch worktops which, when oiled, turned out to look like oak. Of course all responsibility denied by them as I oiled them before they were fitted. I now have two work surfaces which are totally different colour wood on each one.
When I complained about the disparity in colour, They repeated their answer three times saying I should not have oiled the wood before fitting. They have not fully addressed my complaint and refuse to issue a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
