Ordered work top, on day of expected delivery ,got phone call saying it was damaged , that was on a last Friday and was told ,a replacement would be sent on Monday, between 7.45 and 9.45. NoPhones or emails. by 11.15 We made a call only to be told they don’t have what we order in stock and we will have to wait till the 9 Jan 2020. Not happy
