to me its about how a company reacts when they have an issue with your order and this happened to me. Worktop Express couldn't fulfill my order but we managed to agree an alternative solution and their customer service reacted in time for my kitchen build not to be disrupted and they provided more worktop free of charge and oiled.
Excellent to experience a company that reacts positively when they are unable to fulfill the order first time. I would defiantly order from this company again
