I ordered a fleece following a recommendation. The fleece arrived before the forecast delivery date and I was alerted along the way as to when to expect delivery and it was bang on time. Unfortunately it was a little small, so I asked for replacement of the next size. The returns note was mailed to me and I sent back the fleece I received and 3 days later my replacement arrived. I am chuffed with the fleece, the value and the service were fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough, the prices are fair and you get what you pay for, but the service exceeded my expectations. Brilliant! Keith O'Brien Happy customer!
