Easy ordering and item delivered within the promised timeframe. Very helpful when an item needed to be returned and credited.
Though the creases dropped out, delivering a suit jacket and trousers rolled-up in a plastic bag seemed a little odd, although appreciate that it saves packaging.
Very happy and will definately use again. The only reason not a full 5 stars was that there was a few days between ordering and the product arriving, rather than being available for immediate despatch.
