The customer service I have received has been awful.
Firstly the wrong items were delivered, I didn't get a returns label or any information. I had to ask about this which I emailed Connor Lowe about who said 'apologies for the mix up' and gave me a number to call.
I then had to print out the collect plus label myself and returned the items, I was going to exchange but thought this would be too difficult.
Finally I have been refunded the wrong amount as again the wrong items have been listed that I returned for some reason.I am currently in contact with Janet Fenwick and Mark Graham about this.
Overall this has been an appalling service.
