Ordering on the website made me think I had ordered the logo to be embroidered on each item as the logo came up against each one. When I received the shirts without logos I was told they came through as a plain order, even though I had emailed them and quoted the logos I thought I had ordered. I had to ring to order again, but they came two days after the show they were needed for. Got the refund for the plain shirts on the day of the show... They took a lot of trouble on my first order to make the embroidered logo look good, but it is difficult to find how to order the logos for subsequent orders online.
