Beth was superb. Best customer service I have had anywhere in ages.
There was a mix up over the return and exchange of an item and she got to the bottom of it immediately and sorted it all out for me. She gave me free delivery the next day by way of apology from the company. Nothing too much trouble, very prompt responses to my email and phone call.
