Ordered a number of personalised items online, had to send a separate email to customer services with specific details that I couldn't fit in the original order. Twice I made reference to the email but it was never passed to their artwork dept, had to do this myself. The email contained all details required for the order (which was the same as a previous order) but I still had to correct the proof they sent me. Order arrived with in a week but one item hadn't printed correctly. I sent a photo to customer services, they were polite but clearly didn't check the original order as they couldn't see what the problem was. Numerous emails later, (which felt like me having to do their job for them) a replacement was sent. I also had to request a new invoice as the first had incorrect prices on it.
