Trying to understand the proof details was very confusing and when asked for a large embroidery on the six items order, was charged but goods arrived with small embroidery.
After several frustrating emails, I was give the email address of a manager and she did manage to sort the problem out albeit I had to send the items back for replacements. So now I do not have any items at the moment.
