My initial inquiry on the website took a couple of days to get an answer. After receiving my quotation - I received a few reminder emails about my quote, advising me the process of placing an order etc.
I paid by bank transfer for my order, advised Workwear express, who then proceeded to send over order acknowledgement etc.
Fast forward 4 days since paying - I received an email to advise the product is out of stock until March.
I have now requested a refund for this.
Nothing express about it! Not a good experience.
