I order a book from them and when they issued a tracking no. it stated that it was not in the usps system and it never track anything. They claimed that it left there warehouse but I never got the book. Then they relisted it with the same item number at a much higher price. All they wanted to do was a refund. Then I complained to ebay and I told them that I wanted the item but ebay sent me the refund anyway. So I reported the seller to ebay and is still pending. EBAY needs to SHUT THEM DOWN.
