Communication is excellent. I got 10% off because I was online ordering on Saturday! so that was nice. Therefore the price I paid for my Vango Air-Awning was the best anywhere in the UK. Delivery was free. They did however send me the wrong model, but they quickly rectified by courier pick up and delivery of correct item. the other minor negative is I've been waiting for an awning carpet on back order for 3 months and I haven't had it or much communication. I go on holiday very shortly and now I'm stuck what to do. otherwise I'd be clicking "Very Good". Cheers. Neil
